Jared Becker is an American actor, writer, and producer who has made his mark in the entertainment industry. Born and raised in Du Quoin, Illinois, Becker is the youngest of four boys in his family. He graduated from Du Quoin High School in 2012 and joined the Air Force in 2013, where he served as an Air Force Intelligence Sergeant stationed at Beale Air Force Base in Sacramento, California until 2019. During his time in the Air Force, Becker pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Becker's interest in acting and storytelling began from a young age. His first agent signed him when he was 16 years old in Nashville, Tennessee. After his service in the Air Force and a brief stint as a project manager, Becker returned to his passion for the entertainment industry. Since then, he has written, produced, and starred in multiple short films, including "Deadlines," "Shattered Pieces," "Reset," and his multi-award winning short "Sorry For My Loss" which include 4x Best Original Song winner "Goodbye" that Becker co-wrote and performed.
One of Becker's notable projects includes portraying Sarge in the WWII drama feature REVEILLE. Becker expressed excitement over this project due to his time in the Air Force and the opportunity it presents to showcase the toll of war on individuals.
Throughout his career, Becker has shared advice for aspiring actors, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, self-marketing, and preparation. He also underlines the significance of diversity in the entertainment industry, noting that it fosters inclusivity and open-mindedness.
